SOLAR CLOSER™

Terms of Use

Effective August 24, 2026

1. Acceptance of these terms

By accessing or using SolarCloser.xyz (the “Site”), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not access or use the Site.

2. Educational purpose

The Site provides general sales-training and educational material. It is not legal, financial, tax, engineering, or regulatory advice. Solar programs, utility rules, incentives, contracts, equipment, and consumer-protection requirements can change. Users are responsible for confirming current requirements and the exact terms of every customer agreement before making representations or recommendations.

3. Limited personal-use license

Scott Christy grants you a limited, revocable, nonexclusive, nontransferable license to access and use the Site for your own lawful personal or internal sales-training purposes. No ownership rights are transferred to you.

4. Prohibited uses

Except where applicable law expressly permits otherwise, you may not:

  • Copy, reproduce, republish, mirror, scrape, or distribute substantial portions of the Site.
  • Sell, sublicense, package, or commercially exploit the Site or its training materials.
  • Remove copyright, trademark, attribution, or other proprietary notices.
  • Present the Site or its materials as your own product, course, system, or service.
  • Use the Site unlawfully, deceptively, or to make unsupported claims to homeowners.
  • Attempt to disrupt, damage, bypass, or gain unauthorized access to the Site.

5. Intellectual property

The Site’s protectable text, graphics, branding, selection, coordination, arrangement, and other original materials are owned by Scott Christy or their respective licensors. SOLAR CLOSER™ and the associated logo are claimed as trademarks. References to Solar Homes 360 or other third-party names and marks remain the property of their respective owners.

6. No guarantees

Sales scripts and training concepts are examples, not promises of appointments, sales, commissions, savings, approval, system performance, or any other outcome. Results depend on many factors outside the Site owner’s control.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Site is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. The Site owner does not warrant that the materials are complete, current, error-free, or suitable for every situation.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Scott Christy will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, commissions, or business opportunities arising from use of or reliance on the Site. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

9. Third-party materials

The Site may reference companies, utilities, products, programs, agreements, or third-party services. Those references do not transfer any third-party rights and do not replace the applicable provider’s current documentation or signed agreement.

10. Suspension and termination

Access may be suspended or terminated if the Site is misused, these terms are violated, or continued access could create legal, security, or operational risk.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be subject to the courts with proper jurisdiction in Connecticut, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

12. Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated from time to time. The effective date above will be revised when material changes are published. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
